A U.S. Navy veteran of the Vietnam era, Mr. Lysaght's commitment to excellence continued through his education, earning both a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA. As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with KPMG, a globally recognized accounting firm, he began his impactful career in financial management.

Current Role
As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of BILMAR Services, a Las Vegas-based property management firm, Mr. Lysaght plays a key role in overseeing the acquisition, financing, and management of both long-term and short-term rental properties for a select group of international clients. His leadership ensures operational efficiency, strategic growth, and financial stability across the company’s diverse real estate portfolio. Mr. Lysaght also helps international clients secure financing for property acquisitions and navigates complex tax and regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.
